Perspective Progress

This week students finished up their initials in perspective, and began practicing value for their final copy. The initials are looking great, and will be even more impressive once value is added to them next week!  Here are a few images of the progress:

Students drew out their letters on top of their grids in perspective.

Next, they traced the letters onto a new sheet, clean and ready for value.

Before adding value to their intials, students practiced on this worksheet. They are making value scales that can be referenced later as a tool.

Students are doing a great job with this project- I am looking forward to the products we will see!
